The crew arrived exactly at the scheduled time, conducted themselves with professionalism, and worked diligently to complete the project more quickly than I anticipated. Their respect for my home and their commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace were also greatly appreciated. After the completed job, Any leftover product was neatly returned to me so I could bring it back to Lowe’s for a credit on my account—an extra step that demonstrated their integrity and customer‑focused approach.
