The installation itself was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. The crew arrived exactly at the scheduled time, conducted themselves with professionalism, and worked diligently to complete the project more quickly than I anticipated. Their respect for my home and their commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace were also greatly appreciated. After the completed job, Any leftover product was neatly returned to me so I could bring it back to Lowe’s for a credit on my account—an extra step that demonstrated their integrity and customer‑focused approach.
